Get Help

Giving is easier than receiving. It is not easy to accept help, particularly when you are sick.

I know from personal experience how humbling it was to go to my church and ask for help. While my hospital social worker treated me with compassion, dignity, and the utmost respect and understanding for what our family was experiencing, asking made me feel ashamed.

My family and I needed help, but we didn’t want to ask.

The Pink Fund wants to help you

Giving you help when you need it most is what The Pink Fund is all about.

To qualify for short-term financial aid, please pay a visit to the social work at the medical facility where you are receiving treatment.

I trust that person will listen empathetically. Explain your circumstances and ask her/him to contact The Pink Fund for an application.

Don't worry! There's no need to fill out reams of paperwork and government forms. The process is quick and clean. We won’t keep you wishing, hoping, thinking, and praying. If you qualify and the money is available, you will be cared for under the guidelines of The Pink Fund.

Recipients of Pink Fund monies will be qualified by licensed social workers.

Qualified recipients will submit their bills directly to The Pink Fund for payment.

Giving is expected to begin the second quarter of 2007.

The Pink Fund is in the process of acquiring 501(c)(3) classification.
